For landlords and property managers
Run your properties with everyone on the same page
Your team, your tenants and your contractors work from the same record, and each sees only what they should.
Properties and portfolio
Each property's record, documents and history, and a view across all of them.
Your team
Invite the people you work with and choose what each of them can do.
Tenancies and tenants
Record tenancies and the people in them, invite tenants to see their tenancy, and share documents with them.
Maintenance, start to finish
Reports from tenants or your team, contractors invited with a link, quotes, bookings, visits, completion and invoices — all on the job.
Condition records
Record a property's condition with photos, share it with the tenant to review, and keep a PDF.
Incidents
Record incidents with photos and notes against the property.
Access that ends when it should
When a tenancy ends or someone leaves your team, their access ends. The history stays with the property.
What stays with you
Hestles keeps records. It doesn't collect rent, lodge bonds or deposits, serve notices or give tenancy advice, and it doesn't replace what the law in your area asks of you. Paid plans for landlords and property managers haven't launched yet — see Pricing.
What Hestles doesn't do
- It isn't an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number: 111 in New Zealand, 000 in Australia, 911 in the United States and Canada, 999 in the United Kingdom.
- It doesn't give advice. Nothing in Hestles is legal, tenancy, financial, insurance or trade advice.
- It doesn't handle money between people. Rent, bonds, deposits and payments to contractors stay between you and them.
- It doesn't check contractors' licences or insurance. What a business says about itself is shown as its own statement.
