A little more connected
Property works better together.
Hestles keeps a home's records, its maintenance and the people who look after it in one place. Homeowners, landlords, property managers, tenants and contractors each see what's theirs to see.

Hestles is new and in early testing, so some features are still limited.
- Every property. One clear view.Rooms, appliances, documents, insurance details and history, kept together.
- From first report to finished job.A problem is reported, the right people hear about it, and the job is closed with messages and photos kept on the record.
- The right people, in the conversation.Everyone sees only what their role allows — and when someone moves on, their access ends while the history stays.
Who it's for
Homeowners
Your home's details, appliances, warranties, documents and history in one record, with reminders for what's coming up.
For homeownersLandlords and property managers
Properties, tenancies and maintenance, with your team, tenants and contractors working from the same record.
For landlords and managersTenants
Report a problem with photos, follow what's happening and keep your tenancy documents — without chasing anyone.
For tenantsContractors
Job details, bookings, quotes, invoices and messages with the people you work for, and a record of the work you've done.
For contractorsWhere Hestles works
Hestles is being built for people in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, with local terms, dates, currencies and address formats. Elsewhere, Hestles works in a simpler international mode.
What Hestles doesn't do
- It isn't an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number: 111 in New Zealand, 000 in Australia, 911 in the United States and Canada, 999 in the United Kingdom.
- It doesn't give advice. Nothing in Hestles is legal, tenancy, financial, insurance or trade advice.
- It doesn't handle money between people. Rent, bonds, deposits and payments to contractors stay between you and them.
- It doesn't check contractors' licences or insurance. What a business says about itself is shown as its own statement.
